Job summary

Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Instrument Supervisor to drive plant reliability, optimize performance, and lead continuous improvement in instrumentation and process control. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in instrumentation and process control.
• At least 3 years of experience in plant operations or related fields.
• Analytical, hands-on, and solution-driven.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead instrumentation and process control activities to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Monitor system performance, analyse trends, and implement improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support maintenance, projects, and operations.
