Job summary

Linde is seeking an Instrument Supervisor in Klang, Malaysia, to drive instrument and process control activities ensuring safe, reliable plant operations. You will lead improvement projects, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance, projects, and operations teams.

You will apply strong instrumentation knowledge and hands-on problem-solving to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime, while fostering safety and continuous improvement across site teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in instrumentation and process control.
• At least 3 years of experience in plant operations or related fields.
• Analytical, hands-on, and solution-driven.
