Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in maintenance, reliability, or plant engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment reliability and RCA techniques.
  • Experience with maintenance management systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to plan major maintenance and turnaround activities.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and lead root cause investigations.
  • Drive reliability improvements to enhance safety, performance, and availability.
  • Analyze downtime events and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate major maintenance, turnaround projects, and emergency repairs.

Making an impact. What will you do?
  • In this role, you will support site operations across the Central Region by troubleshootingequipment issues, leading root cause investigations, and driving reliabilityimprovements to enhance plant safety, performance, and operationalavailability.
  • Furthermore, you will analyse downtime events, identify improvement opportunities, and developsolutions to prevent recurring equipment failures while minimizing maintenancecosts.
  • Planning and supporting majormaintenance activities, turnaround projects, and emergency repair works is part of your role to ensure critical equipment remains reliable andoperational.
  • Additionally, you will conduct reliability and risk assessments, provide engineeringrecommendations, and support the implementation of equipment improvementinitiatives across multiple sites.
  • You will also collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and externalsuppliers to deliver sustainable reliability improvements and maintenanceexcellence.

  • Bachelor\'sDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related Engineeringdiscipline.
  • Minimum4 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or plant engineeringwithin a manufacturing, industrial, oil & gas, or process plantenvironment.
  • Strongknowledge of equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance,root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Provenability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement effectivereliability improvement solutions.
  • Goodanalytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with asystematic approach to work.
  • Strongcommunication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficientin maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
