In this role, you will ensure the safety, reliability, and roadworthiness of the fleet by verifying vehicle inspections and repair works
Furthermore, you will collaborate with approved workshops and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues and improve fleet performance
Ensuring compliance with transportation safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements will be a key part of your role
Additionally, you will maintain accurate inspection records, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to address safety and operational risks
You will also stay up to date with industry regulations and inspection standards to drive continuous improvement and support safe, efficient fleet operations
SPM or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum five (5) years of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance, repair, or inspection
You have strong understanding of heavy-duty vehicle systems, components, and maintenance practices
Familiarity with diagnostic tools, inspection equipment, and safety standards
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential safety and compliance risks
Good communication and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
