Job summary

Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia is seeking an Electrical Engineer to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of electrical systems in our industrial plant. You will work with experienced teams to ensure safe and reliable operations.

You will apply strong problem-solving skills, support engineering activities, and champion safety and risk management across all electrical activities. A degree in Electrical Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum five years in electrical maintenance and/or design in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of electrical systems for safe plant operations.
• Support engineering and installation activities to optimise system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with strong root cause analysis.

• In this role, you will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a widerange of electrical systems to ensure safe and reliable plant operations
• And you will support engineering and installation activities,contributing to efficient system performance and upgrades
• You will diagnose and resolve technical issues,applying strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Furthermore, you will drive maintenance excellence throughpreventive and predictive practices to optimise equipment reliability

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in ElectricalEngineering
• And you have at least five (5) years of experience in electricalmaintenance and/or design within industrial or process plant environments
• You have strong technical knowledge of electricalsystems, equipment, and safety standards
• You have strong problem-solving and decision-makingskills, especially in high‑pressure situations
• Additionally, you have effective communication and collaboration skills,enabling you to work with teams, contractors, and stakeholders
