Exness, a leading fintech company, seeks a Training Specialist (Instructional Designer) to translate business needs into scalable learning experiences. The role focuses on skill framework development, content creation, and program delivery to support a self-driven learning culture.

The position is based in Malaysia with full relocation support for you and your family. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align skills with customer expectations and product knowledge in a fintech

Qualifications

• 3+ years in training or instructional design role, preferably with digital learning
• Experience identifying skills, standards, assessments, and gaps
• Proficient with e-learning tools and LMS platforms

Responsibilities

• Define skill standards and measurement methods
• Design and deliver e-learning, microlearning, and simulations
• Analyse assessments and feedback to improve content and standards
• Onboard new hires and develop continuous learning plans
• Collaborate with CS/CR/QA leaders to align skill interpretation
