Job summary

OCR Group Berhad seeks a Site Supervisor/Inspector to oversee construction works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. You will conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors and consultants on-site matters.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, M&E, Construction, or related field, plus 4+ years of site experience. IOW certification is preferred; willingness to travel and work on-site is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, M&E, Construction, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in construction, property development, or building projects.
• Experience in site inspection and supervision is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and specifications.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and plans.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to identify construction and quality issues.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
• Possess a valid IOW (Inspector of Works) certification.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Construction, Building, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in construction, property development, or building projects.

Experience in site inspection and supervision is preferred.

Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and specifications.

Able to read and understand technical drawings and plans.

Good communication and coordination skills.
