Job summary

VTS Property Collection Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified QA/QC Civil Engineer to develop and implement quality assurance plans for building projects. The role requires inspecting materials and workmanship for structural and architectural works, auditing quality processes, and reporting to management.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, have strong knowledge of construction materials, and at least five years of QA/QC experience in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction QA/QC plans, and inspection/testing plans to maintain high project quality standards.
• Monitor QA/QC processes and recommend corrective actions to Management.
• Conduct inspections and audits for materials and workmanship for Structural and Architectural Works.
• Document QA/QC reports and non-conformance issues and report findings to Management.
• Review construction drawings for discrepancies and verify technical specifications.
• Review setting out of foundations and buildings.
