Job summary

Jbsfamily in Malaysia is seeking an Insights and Analytics Manager to support its growing healthcare presence. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and influence strategic direction across Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience.

Reporting to the Head of Insights and Analytics, you will lead a team of five, own end-to-end insight delivery, and drive projects from scoping to activation while ensuring data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data management or analytics.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for stakeholders.

Our Esteemed and Reputable Client is in healthcare industry, they are looking for an Insights and Analytics Manager to support their growing presence in Malaysia. The Insights and Analytics Manager will report to Head of Insights and Analytics, deliver critical insights that influence strategic direction and enable information-driven decisions

• Translate complex data into compelling insights that drive strategic decision-making across the business
• Lead a team of 5, analyse data and metrics to generate actionable insights
• Own end to end insight delivery, work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience team to embed insight into commercial strategies
• Drive complex insight projects from scoping through to execution and activation
• Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and reporting consistency
• Identify opportunities to enhance data accessibility, automation, and storytelling
• Streamline processes through automation tools like Power Automate
• Stay abreast of healthcare market trends, emerging technologies data, translating these into actionable opportunities

Requirements:

• Min 8 years experience in data management or analytics
• Min 4 years in a leadership role
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, confident presenting to stakeholders
• Understanding of analytics, dashboard data visualization and modern data architectures
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate is beneficial
