Job summary
Ssquad Global is seeking an IT-Sales Support / IT Inside Sales professional in Kuala Lumpur to support business development, generate leads, and acquire new clients. You will handle inquiries, quotations, tenders, and sales orders while engaging IT decision-makers and promoting infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services.
The role emphasizes coordinating with internal teams on tender and quotation requirements and building relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, and other IT
Qualifications
- 6 months – 2 years experience in IT Sales, Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience with IT products/infrastructure or cybersecurity preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience with quotations, BOM, tenders, and vendor coordination is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, proposals, tenders, sales orders, and BOM preparation.
- Support business development, lead generation, and new client acquisition.
- Identify and follow up on potential business opportunities.
- Assist in engaging with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, and IT decision-makers.
- Promote IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Managed Services.
- Identify and track tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and quotation opportunities.
- Assist in preparing tender submissions, quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with internal technical, presales, and commercial teams for tender and quotation requirements.
- Monitor submission deadlines and maintain tender/quotation records.
- Coordinate with vendors/distributors for pricing, availability, specifications, and lead times.
