Job summary

Consfield CF Holdings Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a driven telesales assistant to initiate outbound calls, introduce company services, and generate leads for the sales team.

You will understand client needs, provide suitable solutions, update customer records in the CRM, and work toward monthly targets while maintaining quality interactions. The position requires resilience, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Training provided.

• Update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure satisfaction and convert leads

• Secondary school qualification or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and results-oriented with a strong sales drive.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous.
