Jora Malaysia is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Kuala Lumpur to convert leads into long-term clients via phone and WhatsApp. The role requires at least 1 year in sales with solutions selling experience and a diploma or higher, with independent work capability.

You will build relationships with key accounts, collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions, and strive to exceed KPIs while leveraging Gen AI tools to refine pitches.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any discipline.
• At least 1 year in sales (B2B, hospitality) with solutions selling experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to take on additional tasks for the company

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by converting leads into long-term clients via phone and WhatsApp.
• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts to identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions based on client feedback.
• Exceed KPIs: 150+ connected calls/week, 1 hour of talk time/day.
• Pioneer new strategies using Gen AI tools to optimize sales pitches and client engagement.
