Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a performance-driven sales professional to drive revenue by converting leads into long-term clients through phone and WhatsApp. You will build strong relationships with key accounts, collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions, and push for upsell opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

The role rewards proactive behavior, independent work, and the use of Gen AI tools to enhance client engagement and pitching effectiveness.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher required.
Minimum 1 year sales or B2B/hospitality experience with solutions selling.
Strong independent work capability.
Willing to take on extra tasks for the benefit of the company.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by converting leads into long-term clients via phone and WhatsApp.
Build and nurture relationships with key accounts to identify upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions based on client feedback.
Exceed KPIs: 150+ connected calls/week, 1 hour of talk time/day.
Pioneer new strategies using Gen AI tools to optimize sales pitches and client engagement.
