Job summary

M-Link System (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inside Sales Executive in Malaysia to actively contact and service customers, promote daily offers, and grow a portfolio of accounts. The role focuses on building strong relationships, delivering excellent service, and feeding back market information to guide sales strategy.

Qualifications include at least SPM/'O' Level and a Diploma or higher; English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, with Chinese language ability considered an advantage.

Job description

Conduct sales call to all the assigned customers and ensure daily sales offers are communicated to customers.

Manage existing customers & develop new customer accounts to deliver sales result.

Maintain good customer relationship.

Provide high level of customer service and support to customers.

Feedback market info, identify and grow potential customers accounts with the Company.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with great sense of responsibility and achievement.

Able to work under pressure.

Candidate must possess at least SPM/'O' Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to communicate with Chinese speaking customers will have added advantage.
