Job summary

Macnica is seeking an inside sales/customer service professional in Malaysia to support RFQs, quotations, and customer growth. You will work closely with Field Sales to drive sales, manage key accounts, and maintain pricing data with strong MS Excel analysis.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant inside sales / customer service experience in electronics components distribution business preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel with good analytical skills to handle data and pricing information effectively.
• Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Field Sales on RFQ and facilitate prompt quotations to customers.
• Help manage and grow assigned customers to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Provide effective support to customers to gain market share.
• Update quote master file for sales department reference.
• Consolidate and submit regular reports.
