Job summary

Spectrum Edge Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inside Sales Admin based in Kuala Lumpur to provide essential administrative support to our sales team and help ensure smooth operations.

You will prepare client quotations, liaise with clients and colleagues, assist with sales reports, and contribute to process improvements while leveraging your Mandarin and Cantonese language skills to serve our diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin & Cantonese-speaking customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotation to client and follow up on the closing dates.
• Liaise with clients and internal colleagues to address inquiries and resolve issues
• Assist with the preparation of sales report whenever the superior needed
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and procedures
