You will deliver clear product benefits in multiple languages, handle objections, maintain high customer service standards, and log interactions accurately in the call center system while collaborating with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong customer service orientation with rapport-building skills.
• Excellent communication and active listening to understand needs.
• Able to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in telemarketing.
• Onsite work at Kelana Business Centre, Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage potential customers in Mandarin via outbound calls to introduce company products and services, aiming to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions in Mandarin, addressing customer inquiries and overcoming objections to drive sales conversions.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by providing accurate information, building rapport, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Accurately record customer interactions, sales progress, and relevant data into the call center software system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights on customer needs and market trends, contributing to the development of effective sales strategies.
• Adhere to company scripts and guidelines while demonstrating adaptability to individual customer needs and conversational flow.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and understanding of call center operations.
