Job summary

SOLAR SUNYIELD SDN. BHD. designs and develops Solar PV systems for residential, commercial and industrial projects. You will prepare system layouts, SLDs, electrical drawings and detailed design documentation, and perform sizing and energy yield calculations.

Prepare BOQ/BOM, review site data, and provide on-site technical support during installation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with standards and authority requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Solar PV design experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Solar PV design, electrical drawings, SLD and sizing.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and solar design software.
• Understanding of electrical standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Solar PV systems for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
• Prepare system layouts, SLDs, electrical drawings and detailed design documentation.
• Perform solar PV system sizing, energy yield calculations and electrical design calculations.
• Select modules, inverters, mounting systems, cables, protection devices and other components.
• Review site information and project requirements to develop suitable Solar PV solutions.
• Prepare BOQ, BOM and equipment specifications based on approved designs.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing and commissioning.
• Ensure designs meet safety, electrical and engineering requirements.
