Job summary

RSPO is seeking a Manager, Innovation & Transformation in Kuala Lumpur to translate strategic ambitions into executable improvements. You will lead business analysis and CRM initiatives, drive PMO governance, and shepherd change management across the organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage vendors, and champion a disciplined approach to delivering measurable outcomes aligned with RSPO’s 3-Year Operating Plan.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in business analysis or project management.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM implementations.
• SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Vendor management and PMO experience.
• Change management and analytics exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis and project delivery for CRM implementations.
• Manage PMO, track initiatives, risks, issues and governance.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across RSPO.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on requirements and delivery.
