Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Analyst for the Innovation Center, Group Strategy. You will scope projects, write user stories, prototype or build via low-code or vibe coding to accelerate full implementation, and design AI-based solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and workflow automation.

You will collaborate with Leadership to run internal capability initiatives, facilitate workshops, and track KPIs.

Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in tech space, transformation office, or familiar with AI platforms.
Preferably engineering, AI or data science graduate; other disciplines encouraged.
Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum, Product Management are valuable.

Responsibilities

Scope projects and write user stories.
Prototype or build via low-code / vibe coding to accelerate implementation.
Build, configure and launch low-code, pro-code, automation and AI-based solutions.
Support internal capability setup initiatives with Innovation Centre leadership.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement and change activities.
Analyze business challenges, market research and performance data to identify improvements.
Prepare visual dashboards and reports to communicate progress.
Coordinate design sessions with business stakeholders and Experience Design teams.
