Job summary

KIVISION SDN BHD is seeking an Innovation Planning Assistant / Brand Strategy Assistant in Kuala Lumpur. You will contribute to business development through creative thinking, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities, while aligning with brand strategy.

The role requires strong curiosity, ability to learn new productivity tools (including AI) and to translate client and internal needs into actionable projects. Fluency in Chinese and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, marketing, communications, or design innovation preferred.
• 1–5 years of practical experience in innovation, brand strategy, advertising/creative work, project coordination, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in strategic planning and copywriting.
• Fluency in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Willingness to learn and apply AI tools and productivity software to real-world tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and solutions from diverse perspectives to address business bottlenecks or identify new growth opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging tools (AI-powered tools or digital systems) and integrate them into workflows to boost team efficiency.
• Identify internal/external requirements and translate them into actionable projects.
