Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or creative roles.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and marketing communication.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions.
• Must be proficient in English (spoken & written).
• Preferably able to speak Mandarin to coordinate with regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies to build strong market positioning.
• Define and maintain brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity.
• Conduct market and competitor research to understand trends and consumer behavior.
• Plan long-term branding roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead branding-related marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Assign tasks, review work, and guide team members for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, design, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
• Approve final content for ads, social media, website, and offline materials.
• Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and creative agencies.
