Job summary

Sanctuary Health Sdn Bhd is seeking an Injection Moulding Technician to keep moulding machines running smoothly and to produce high-quality products. You will set up machines, adjust moulds, and manage robotic and AOI systems to ensure consistent output.

The role requires 2+ years in injection moulding, experience with mould setup and troubleshooting, and a cooperative mindset for shift work. Join us to contribute to sustainable manufacturing and excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field).
At least 2 years in an injection moulding environment.
Experience in machine setup and troubleshooting.
Experience in single-colour or two-colour (overmoulding) injection moulding.
Familiarity with mould types and auxiliary equipment.
Basic knowledge of quality control and measurement tools.
Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Set up and start injection moulding machines according to production requirements.
Install, adjust, and remove moulds.
Set up 5-axis robotic arms and AOI cameras.
Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality.
Adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time).
Troubleshoot process issues and resolve moulding defects.
Conduct in-process inspections and record data.
Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs on machines and moulds.
Maintain housekeeping and safety per 5S standards and company policies.
Report abnormalities to the Supervisor/Leader and support continuous improvement.
