Job summary

Syarikat Sin Kwang Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Engineer to develop and implement quality control plans for injection moulding processes. You will conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Monitor processes using SPC, perform CAPA, analyze production data, and collaborate with design, engineering and production teams to meet quality requirements.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in engineering or equivalent, with manufacturing experience.
Experience in quality engineering or QA in injection moulding is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement QC plans for injection moulding.
Conduct inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished parts.
Monitor processes to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
Apply SPC to production data to ensure consistent quality.
Perform root-cause analysis and initiate CAPA actions.
Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to meet specs.
Maintain records of inspections, tests and compliance reports.
Prepare quality reports for management and drive continuous improvement.
