Job summary

FD Precision Technology Sdn Bhd in Sungai Petani, Kedah is seeking a Process Engineer to join our engineering team on a full-time basis. You will develop, optimize and validation for plastic injection moulding and assembly processes, working closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to achieve quality, productivity and cost targets.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2+ years of related experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize and improve plastic injection moulding and assembly processes to meet quality, productivity and cost targets.
Monitor and troubleshoot production and assembly process issues and implement corrective actions.
Establish and maintain process parameters, work instructions and process standards.
Support new product development, trials and process validation.
Drive process improvement to reduce cycle time, rejects and costs.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve issues.
Monitor machine and process performance and recommend enhancements.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
