Job summary

HFG Insurance Recruitment seeks a Senior Infrastructure Strategy Specialist to lead long-term infrastructure planning and execution in support of growth and resilience. You will shape technology landscapes across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include developing multi-year roadmaps, guiding cloud adoption, and driving cost-effective, compliant infrastructure initiatives aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, architecture, or strategy.
• Experience leading strategic infra transformation in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid data centres.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Familiar with IT frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments of current IT infrastructure and identify optimisation opportunities across data centres, networks, servers, storage and cloud.
• Develop multi-year infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging technologies.
• Guide cloud transformation, hybrid infrastructure design, and scalability planning.
• Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, Finance and business stakeholders to ensure cost-effective initiatives.
• Evaluate technology platforms, vendors, and infrastructure solutions, including due diligence and RFPs.
