Job summary

Hong Leong Assurance is seeking an Infrastructure Lead to oversee the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role ensures high availability, reliability, and security of servers, storage, cloud platforms, networks, and end-user computing environments.

You will lead a team to manage enterprise infrastructure services, develop roadmaps, and partner with stakeholders to support digital transformation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with servers, storage, networks, cloud, and data centers.
• Proven ability to drive modernization and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day enterprise infrastructure services for high availability and performance.
• Oversee servers, storage, networks, cloud, and data center environments.
• Develop and execute infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Establish standards, procedures, and operational docs.
• Lead incident response and drive root cause analysis.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract SLAs.
• Mentor and develop infrastructure engineers and admins.
