Job summary

CCIE ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. is recruiting a Construction Project Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and cross-disciplinary coordination for major projects in Malaysia. The role requires a civil engineering background, CCM/CCPM certifications, and 3+ years of PM experience in construction.

You will oversee timelines, resources, and costs while coordinating with architects, engineers, developers, and other consultants to ensure design and execution stay aligned with goals and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• CCM, CCPM, or equivalent certifications.
• At least 3 years' experience with extensive exposure in project and construction management or other relevant experiences.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Coordinate proactively with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, developers, and other consultants, to ensure alignment across all aspects of design, planning, and execution.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and submissions for management and regulatory review.
