Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Project Management Team in planning, coordination, and delivery of major infrastructure projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, interface management, and stakeholder actions to ensure timely execution.

The role involves facilitating meetings, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management Team in planning, coordination, and delivery of project activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project inputs, interfaces, and stakeholder actions to support timely project execution.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews, including preparation of minutes, action logs, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain project registers, records, and documentation in accordance with project procedures and document control requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders on project-related matters.
• Assist in the review and coordination of technical submissions, project deliverables, and progress against agreed milestones.
• Support site inspections, technical meetings, and stakeholder engagements as required.
• Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving project risks, issues, and interface matters.
• Support stakeholder coordination, interface management, and project reporting activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, dashboards, and management updates.
• Undertake other project delivery and coordination duties as assigned by the Project Management Team.
