Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support major infrastructure delivery by coordinating technical, stakeholder, and project management activities. You will work with the Project Management Team to monitor progress, manage interfaces, and ensure timely execution across multidisciplinary engineering and construction projects.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in infrastructure, transportation, rails, aviation, or major development projects.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary engineering or construction projects.
• Good understanding of project delivery, coordination, and reporting processes.
• Familiarity with Malaysian authorities, approval processes, and stakeholder engagement would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management Team in the planning, coordination, and delivery of project activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project inputs, interfaces, and stakeholder actions to support timely project execution.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews, including preparation of minutes, action logs, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain project registers, records, and documentation in accordance with project procedures and document control requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders on project-related matters.
• Assist in the review and coordination of technical submissions, project deliverables, and progress against agreed milestones.
• Support site inspections, technical meetings, and stakeholder engagements as required.
• Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving project risks, issues, and interface matters.
• Support stakeholder coordination, interface management, and project reporting activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, dashboards, and management updates.
• Undertake other project delivery and coordination duties as assigned by the Project Management Team.
