Job summary

Spruson & Ferguson is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist to join our Infrastructure Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage day-to-day network and system operations, provide level 1–2 help desk support, and contribute to project work across the region.

You will work with regional teams to implement global programs, maintain Windows environments, virtualization, cloud services (Azure and AWS), and ensure IT security and operational processes are followed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Professional IT qualification in Information Technology/Computer Science.
• 4–5 years hands-on IT infrastructure and support experience.
• Experience with Windows environments, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (O365) and virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud services, especially Azure and AWS.
• Experience with IT operational and Help Desk processes; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for day-to-day PC usage and infrastructure issues.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal users via ticketing system for infrastructure issues.
• Ensure operational and change processes and architecture principles are followed.
• Promote preventative maintenance of infrastructure and monitor systems.
• Handle patches, monitoring, and batch jobs for infrastructure.
• Collaborate with regional teams to drive global program Rollouts and transition projects to BAU.
