Singtel Group is seeking an SDC Team Lead to oversee Change Request and InfraNOC teams within the Service Delivery Centre. You will manage daily operations, resource planning, approved changes, incident response and service improvement, with hands-on technical involvement as needed.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in infra operations, strong leadership, ITIL, and networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VPNs and virtualization.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of infra operations or enterprise support experience.
• Experience leading change requests and ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of 24x7 operations and incident response.
• Hands-on with enterprise networks, servers and virtualization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CR and InfraNOC teams, monitor performance and KPIs.
• Oversee change planning, readiness, rollback and post-change verification.
• Oversee Level 2 support for networks and servers, act as escalation point.
• Ensure SLA compliance and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements and standardisation of processes.
