Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Support / Endpoint Support professional to deliver hands-on technical support, endpoint management, and IT service delivery in an enterprise setting in Malaysia.

Responsibilities include Windows 10/11 endpoint troubleshooting, enterprise PC refresh, data migration, and coordinating OEM devices. Familiarity with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM and ITIL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Windows 10/11 endpoint support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise PC refresh, Tech Bar and IT Clinic delivery.
• Proficient in user-profile and data migration tasks.
• Familiar with Intune, Autopilot and SCCM/MECM workflows.
• Basic PowerShell for troubleshooting and log collection.

We are looking for an experienced IT Support / Endpoint Support professional to provide hands‑on technical support, endpoint management, PC refresh and IT service delivery in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on Windows 10/11 endpoint support and troubleshooting
• Support enterprise PC refresh, Tech Bar and IT Clinic activities
• Perform user‑profile and data migration, peripheral configuration and device setup
• Support Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and SCCM/MECM
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID Join, BitLocker and Microsoft 365
• Manage ITSM tickets, assets, incidents and service requests
• Execute documented runbooks and follow structured escalation processes
• Support factory/manufacturing locations and on‑site IT operations
• Coordinate OEM warranty, depot, spare and loaner devices
• Perform basic PowerShell troubleshooting and Windows log collection
• Maintain clear communication with users and internal support teams
