You'll monitor ROI, stay ahead of TikTok trends, and analyze platform data to refine strategies. This role supports Simplus' growth in SEA and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven influencer marketing experience and social media management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify KOLs and influencers within the assigned country.
• Continuously monitor costs and ROI metrics to optimize performance.
• Stay abreast of daily trends in relevant industries and social media landscapes.
• Conduct in-depth platform analysis for KOL and influencer development across platforms.
• Maintain a proactive approach in monitoring TikTok trends and activities.
