Job summary

HEBE BEAUTY is seeking a dedicated KOL Campaign Manager to drive influencer collaborations across TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (XHS). You will research and vet KOLs/KOCs aligned with campaign goals, audiences, and engagement metrics, and coordinate end-to-end execution from sourcing to reporting.

The role requires strong project management and communication to brief creators, coordinate content submissions, and monitor performance for insights and optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing influencer campaigns end-to-end
• Ability to research, identify and evaluate suitable KOLs/KOCs based on objectives
• Strong coordination and communication skills for campaign briefing and tracking

Responsibilities

• Manage KOL and influencer collaborations across TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu to support brand campaigns and product launches.
• Research, identify, and evaluate suitable KOLs/KOCs based on campaign objectives, target audience, engagement rate, and content style.
• Support the end-to-end KOL campaign execution process, including: KOL sourcing and outreach, campaign briefing and coordination, content submission tracking, performance monitoring and reporting.
