The role requires 1–2 years in influencer or social media marketing, deep knowledge of TikTok algorithms, and strong project management. This is a full-remote position offering competitive compensation and a cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or KOL management.
• Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms and formats.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with creators and partners.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Content Strategy: brainstorm trending content concepts and hooks for beauty creators.
• KOL Briefing & Coordination: prepare product briefs, manage timelines, oversee deliverables.
• Quality Control & Approvals: review drafts for brand alignment and campaign objectives.
• Performance & Analytics: track metrics, analyze data, generate actionable insights.
• Financial Administration: handle payment processes and admin workflows for creators.
• Trend Forecasting: monitor platform updates and beauty trends to keep the brand top-of-mind.
