TSL Media Group is seeking a campaign coordinator to manage influencer-led campaigns from initiation to completion. You will liaise with clients, plan deliverables, and ensure timely delivery across regions.

You will organize data, source and negotiate with influencers across APAC, prepare contracts, brief creators, and track content posting and analytics. English is required; Chinese or Bahasa Melayu skills are a plus.

Formación

• Experience coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong interest in KOLs and social media.
• Experience managing freelancers across APAC for regional campaigns.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and spoken English; knowledge of Chinese and/or Bahasa Melayu is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and maintain the backend database, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Categorize data to streamline processes and improve data retrieval.
• Source influencers suitable for campaigns based on requirements.
• Negotiate with influencers and confirm them for campaigns.
• Create influencer contracts for each influencer.
• Brief influencers on content requirements and guidelines; ensure draft submissions align with briefs.
• Explain paid media access requests to influencers.
• Schedule content submission and posting by influencers.
• Ensure influencers adhere to timelines.
• Be the daily contact for influencer inquiries and edits.
• Collect and compile analytics after postings.
• Provide daily campaign updates to leads.
