Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an execution-focused professional to join the PR and Influencer Marketing team in Kuala Lumpur. You will source KOLs/KOCs, coordinate campaigns, and liaise with the PR Manager and partners to ensure timely delivery of influencer activities.

The role requires strong communication, organization and the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently across platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Xiaohongshu.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or related fields.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, responsible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable KOLs, KOCs and content creators based on campaign requirements.
• Contact influencers for collaboration, quotation, availability and campaign details.
• Maintain and continuously update the company's influencer database.
• Coordinate influencer invitations, product seeding, store visits, event attendance and content posting schedules.
• Follow up on influencer content, drafts, revisions and publishing timelines.
• Ensure influencer deliverables are completed according to campaign briefs and agreed deadlines.
• Communicate with influencers and external partners throughout the campaign execution process.
• Collect and organize published links, screenshots, campaign data and relevant project materials.
• Support the PR Manager in preparing influencer lists, quotations and campaign updates.
• Handle day-to-day campaign coordination and resolve basic execution issues in a timely manner
