Job summary

Xircle Talent in Johor, Malaysia, seeks a Project Manager - Industrial Park to oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale industrial estates, from land acquisition to handover. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and authorities to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while meeting budget and schedule targets.

The role requires a civil engineering or construction management background, 5–7 years of project management experience in industrial or infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of project management experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 and construction tools.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of industrial park developments.
• Develop plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with targets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and MBCC guidelines compliance.
• Report progress to senior management with KPIs and risks.
• Ensure on-site HSE adherence and zero-harm culture.
