Job summary

Artelia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial projects through engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases. You will drive full lifecycle delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and compliance with quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes planning, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and robust project controls, with a focus on risk management and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management in industrial/infrastructure contexts.
• Proficient in PM tools MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, SharePoint.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of industrial projects.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
• Monitor progress, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Assist in stakeholder management and timely follow-up on project matters.
• Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, coordination sessions.
• Track risks, issues, and actions; document and communicate them.
• Support project controls including schedule monitoring and change management.
• Ensure project records are kept according to procedures.
• Assist in preparing presentations and management reports.
