Job summary

Guocera Malaysia is seeking a skilled industrial maintenance technician to join our team. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and production equipment to ensure safety and reliability.

You should have 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience, be able to read manuals and drawings, and assist with calibration, fault finding, and documentation. Willingness to work shifts and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or equipment servicing.
Experience with preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance and safety procedures.
Ability to read equipment manuals, technical drawings, and service instructions.
Familiar with LOTO, PPE, and 5S in maintenance settings.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance according to schedules.
Carry out inspection, servicing, lubrication, cleaning, adjustment, alignment, calibration, and replacement of wear components.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentation, automation, and equipment-related faults.
Perform breakdown and corrective maintenance to restore equipment and minimize downtime.
Inspect and maintain safety devices and interlocks to ensure safe operations.
Assist in installation, commissioning, modification, overhaul, and major repairs.
Maintain maintenance records and PM checklists.
