Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or SPMV with mechanical or electronic background.
• 2–3 years' hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in automation.

Responsibilities

• Read schematic drawings and design PLC ladder diagrams.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and analyse issues with analytical approach.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out on all machines and recorded in checklists.
• Maintain job order traceability and clear records.
• Develop and implement Machine Operation Procedures and Safety Guidelines.
• Provide training to machine operators.
• Support continuous improvement of machine capability and efficiency.
• Prioritise safety and comply with ISO9000 standards.
