Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a manufacturing organisation in Malaysia to hire a Maintenance Manager. The role oversees maintenance, reliability, and compliance of factory machinery, utilities, and facilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities include implementing preventive maintenance, supervising contractors, and supporting safety and regulatory compliance, with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD and reading schematic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of factory machinery, utilities, and facilities.
• Establish, execute, and continuously improve the Preventive Maintenance programme.
• Supervise external contractors and service providers.
• Support safety, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
