Job summary

Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking a passionate individual to join their Operations Team. You will be responsible for conducting time studies, developing process capacity analyses, and supporting engineering changes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing IE role.
• Skilled in time study, capacity planning, and process analysis.
• Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic production environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform time study and establish standard operation time (SOT) for each process.
• Develop and maintain process capacity and line balancing analysis.
• Support NPI and engineering change with manpower and cycle time studies.
• Conduct bottleneck analysis and propose improvement actions.
• Assist in layout improvement, motion study, and method optimization.
• Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure smooth line loading and output achievement.
• Monitor and report OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and productivity metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost-saving projects.
• Maintain proper documentation for all time study and process analysis reports.
