Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd in Seberang Perai is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to promote and market rental and sales solutions for material handling equipment, including forklifts and AI robotics products.

You will develop new business, visit customers, prepare quotations and proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support. A basic salary with commission is offered, with flexi-working hours and training provided.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in material handling equipment, heavy equipment, industrial products, machinery, or related industries.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in industrial or heavy equipment sales are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market rental and sales solutions for material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, port equipment, and AI robotics products.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct customer visits to understand operational requirements and propose suitable equipment solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, rental packages, and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth equipment delivery and after-sales service support.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales reports and updates for management review.
• Any ad-hoc task duties assigned by superior.
