Flex is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager to lead a team in Prai, Penang, focused on improving productivity through work measurement, process improvements, and efficient plant layouts.

You will partner with engineering colleagues to design manufacturable products, drive throughput, reduce costs, and implement HR strategies to recruit and retain a capable workforce. This is a full-time on-site role at Flex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience including supervision.
• Experience in high technology electronics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage engineers and technicians to establish work measurement programs.
• Evaluate staff utilization and workflow to optimize labor and equipment.
• Improve worker efficiency and reduce waste through workflow changes.
• Develop management systems for cost reviews and wage administration.
• Design production planning and control systems to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design manufacturable products.
• Lead initiatives to increase throughput and reduce costs.
