Axiom is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager in Prai, Penang, to boost productivity by optimizing processes, layouts, and labor utilization. You will collaborate with NPI, operations, and engineering to implement efficient plans and controls.

The role emphasizes LEAN, automation, and Six Sigma initiatives, with responsibilities across cost analysis and production planning to ensure quality and throughput. Excellent problem-solving and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering in high-tech electronics.
• Experience with LEAN, automation and/or Six Sigma projects.

Responsabilidades

• Simulates process and manufacturing workflow using REFA, MOST, WITNESS.
• Coordinate process planning and setup during NPIs with takt and cycle times.
• Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and production data.
• Recommend methods to increase throughput and reduce waste.
• Develop cost analysis and production planning/control systems.
• Lead LEAN, automation and Six Sigma initiatives.
