Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering.
- MS in Industrial Engineering or MBA preferred.
- Lean Silver Certificate or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish and clearly communicate global and regional IE strategies.
- Coach, mentor and train engineers in IE Department.
- Recruit and retain IE talent within the site.
- Report and drive improvement through site metrics.
- Develop and maintain site IE succession plan.
- Ensure standardization of Jabil processes across the site.
- Standardize system configurations (e.g., SAP, MES, IEDB).
- Develop and maintain site process flow charts.
- Forecast department workload from historical and forecast data.
- Support Lean by building robust processes and data integrity.
