Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd seeks a Sr Manager Industrial Engineering to lead global production and service delivery systems, ensuring performance, reliability and cost control across life cycles.

The role drives profitability, effectiveness and continuous improvement, standardizes processes, mentors teams, and partners with regional leaders to implement strategic IE initiatives and data integrity across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering required
• MS in Industrial Engineering or MBA preferred
• Lean Silver Certificate or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• At least 8 years of working experience in IE or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Establish and clearly communicate IE strategies for all global projects
• Standardize Jabil processes across regions
• Standardize data within Jabil systems
• Collaborate with VP/Managers to implement global projects for value stream improvement and cost savings
• Initiate and manage cost saving projects and mentor IE teams globally
• Define training and competency requirements for IE functions
• Identify and implement new IE related technical solutions
• Support Lean by developing process foundation and data integrity
• Monitor key IE metrics to drive global improvements
• Develop and maintain IE succession plan
• May perform other duties as assigned
