Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of industrial engineering tools such as work measurement, process mapping, and workstation design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement continuous improvement and cost reduction programmes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and SAP / MES.

We are looking for a hands-on and analytical Industrial Engineer to join our team at Jabil Circuit, Penang. In this role, you will be at the forefront of improving production efficiency, optimising workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations.
Monitor and continuously improve daily quality and efficiency performance for assigned production areas.
Design and procure production tooling, processing equipment, and workstations.
Coordinate facility layout and workstation relocation activities.
Prepare time estimates for projects and evaluate time factors.

Analyse workforce utilisation, facility layout, and operational data to optimise efficiency.
